Membership Regulations
· Memberships based on a 12 month agreement, and automatic deduction of monthly fee.
· Must come in and sign agreement before membership may begin.
· Unused Membership Massages/Facials: Unused membership massages/facials rollover to the following month, as long as it is within the contract period. 6 months maximum. After 6 months of non use the free membership massages/facials expire.
· Memberships are non transferrable. Free services are for the member only.
· Appointment cancellation policy: Any cancellations made the day before the appointment will be at no charge. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows will be charged at full member price.
· Contract cancellation policy: Memberships may not be cancelled within the first 12 months of the contract period. Doing so will result in a $100 cancellation fee charged to member.
· Discounts cannot be combined with services or products which are discounted as a result of a monthly special or promotional event. In the event the promotional price is less than the member’s discount price, the lower amount will be charged.
· Shangri-La Day Spa Points System and Membership program may not be used in conjunction with one another.
· Shangri-La Day Spa has the right to fluctuate menu prices as it see’s fit.
